Government of New Zealand Scholarships 2015

The Government of New Zealand is offering scholarships for international students. These scholarships are for those students who want to pursue their PhD Degree program studies in different universities and institutes under government of New Zealand. These scholarships are focusing on highly intellectual students from developing countries.

Applicants can choose any field for their PhD Degree program studies which is offered in different universities under government of New Zealand.

Study Duration:  

3 years of PhD Degree program.

Scholarship information:

This scholarship is offering many kinds of grants for the grantees of this program, which are given as follows:

• University tuition fees and associated student levies for 3 years
• An annual living stipend of NZ$25,000 or NZ$2083.33 per month for 36 months
• Medical insurance coverage up to NZ$600 annually for 3 years

Eligibility Condition:

In order to be considered for the scholarships, applicants should possess following eligibility criteria.

• Applicants should be a citizen of any country except New Zealand, Australia and Fiji
• Minimum equivalent 3.6/4.0 GPA or A / A+ average in your most recent or highest post graduate tertiary qualification
• Conduct your PhD study in New Zealand
